Shipping And Handling

We aim to ensure the products ordered arrive safely and undamaged. On arrival all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage, should you find any damage please ask the driver to take the goods back with them, or sign the delivery document as damaged, or if you do not have time to inspect properly please sign the document as un-checked

You have 3 days from date of delivery, to notify sales@zantec.co.uk  of any damage. If we are not notified of damage within this time, you agree to indemnify us in full against any losses suffered.

Please do not install your product if it’s damaged, as once it’s installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.

Delivery Schedule
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries, please do not arrange to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage.


Delivery Charges

Please note that any Parry products that are ordered are subject to a delivery charge. Please contact the office on 0161 4832359 to confirm delivery charges.


We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers’ prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Tax Charges

For orders from www.zantec.co.uk are subject to UK VAT at 15%.  Catalogue Prices are shown net of VAT, which is then added and shown at checkout/order confirmation.
